-This Friday 13th September 2024 is the 12 month anniversary of me advising Alexandre Boyes Block Management that the bollard lights in Sandhurst Road did not work. They still don't work and there is no information or evidence that they ever will. Congratulations at such a show of incompetent Block Management. -Last Saturday 7th September 2024 was the 3 month anniversary of me raising a formal complaint with Alexandre Boyes. This was disallowed but still the bollard lights do not work. Congratulations at such a slick formal complaint procedure completely unfit for purpose. (If the purpose is to put things right that long suffering customers bring to your attention.) -The upcoming management meeting information shows that there are no outstanding fees. Congratulations Alexandre Boyes on raising the fees this year compared to last by 25% and collecting those fees so efficiently. A very slick operation of no benefit to your long suffering customers. (If that's what you call us.) -I have now been banned from contacting them but have a complaint logged with The Property Ombudsman.

I cannot recommend this management company. Their lack of professionalism, lack of transparency and sheer lack of interest in their clients is staggering. Shockingly disgraceful. Became a tenant with AB as property managers just over a year ago.
