I have just experienced a very efficient and personable service from the team at Alexandre Boyes. They were very professional, proactive and offered valuable advice. They have found me wonderful tenants and I cannot fault their management service at all. Having been previously disappointed by other agents in the area, dealing with Emma and her team has been a refreshing experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Alexandre Boyes have been very disappointing throughout the tenancy. They have been informed of various issues with the property and it takes numerous emails and telephone calls to get them to follow through with anything (if they even bother at all). Alexandre Boyes have been very disappointing throughout the tenancy. They have been informed of various issues with the property and it takes numerous emails and telephone calls to get them to follow through with anything (if they even bother at all). There is no communication between the staff in the office and the whole experience with them has been wholly unprofessional. I would never use their letting agency to rent a property again, I think the pound signs definitely mean more to them than anything else.

I opted for the fully managed service and found Alexandre Boyes to be terrible. I had to consistently chase them when rent had not been paid, and then in between tenancies there was a problem caused by their staff and rather than offer a solution, they ran away from the situation as fast as...
