セント・ジェームズパーク支店で同社管理物件を賃貸しましたが、到底おすすめできません。物件の内見時には説明が無かった水漏れが入居日当日から発生し、修繕を依頼しても数週間修繕してもらえず、水浸しになった浴室を自身で掃除する事になりました。また、その他物件の修繕を依頼しても、何度も繰り返しこちらから催促するまで全く対応をしてもらえず、メールでの問い合わせも数週間無視をされています。同社の管理物件なので日本人の感覚に沿った丁寧な対応を期待していたものの、全く逆の対応を受けており、特にSt James park 支店の物件を借りることはおすすめできません。 English translation I rented a property managed by the St. James's Park branch and I cannot recommend to rent from them at all. First, there was a water leak on the day we moved in, that was not explained to me when I viewed the property. I asked to repair immediately but they did not arrange the date for weeks and I had to clean the flooded bathroom by myself. In addition, right after I moved in, I requested to repair some equipment which does not working well, but the agency does not take action at all until I repeatedly asked them to fix. What is hard to believe is that they even does not respond email for weeks even I remind to respond. I was expecting a professional and courteous response from them, but I have received the complete opposite response. I would not recommend renting a property from the St James park branch in particular.
