私はKensington Officeから物件の紹介を受けました。入居時のインベントリーチェックインは非常に評価が甘い業者を起用し、Flatに相当の汚れがあってもCleanだというレポートが発行される。一方、退去時のインベントリーチェックアウトは評価が厳しく、例え入居時よりも綺麗に清掃したとしてもレポート上は”dirty”と記載し、高額のProfessional Cleaning費用を請求する。とても信用できないエージェントなのでおススメしない。日本企業の社費派遣の場合、企業は何も言わずにそれらの費用を払うのかもしれないが、それも時代錯誤。 The inventory checkin at...
