私はKensington Officeから物件の紹介を受けました。入居時のインベントリーチェックインは非常に評価が甘い業者を起用し、Flatに相当の汚れがあってもCleanだというレポートが発行される。一方、退去時のインベントリーチェックアウトは評価が厳しく、例え入居時よりも綺麗に清掃したとしてもレポート上は”dirty”と記載し、高額のProfessional Cleaning費用を請求する。とても信用できないエージェントなのでおススメしない。日本企業の社費派遣の場合、企業は何も言わずにそれらの費用を払うのかもしれないが、それも時代錯誤。 The inventory checkin at ... セント・ジェームズパーク支店で同社管理物件を賃貸しましたが、到底おすすめできません。物件の内見時には説明が無かった水漏れが入居日当日から発生し、修繕を依頼しても数週間修繕してもらえず、水浸しになった浴室を自身で掃除する事になりました。また、その他物件の修繕を依頼しても、何度も繰り返しこちらから催促するまで全く対応をしてもらえず、メールでの問い合わせも数週間無視をされています。同社の管理物件なので日本人の感覚に沿った丁寧な対応を期待していたものの、全く逆の対応を受けており、特にSt James park 支店の物件を借りることはおすすめできません。 English ... I had a terrible negative experience with this agency, London-Tokyo Golders Green Branch. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
