These guys are scumbags!! - AVOID AT ALL COST それらと賃借してはいけない!!! They make you sign this long document that your deposit is completely non refundable and that you giving up a basic right of fair trade as a citizen (that will allow you to get it back in case you change your mind or so) Go over the contract 10 times!!! - it's full of crazy clauses that oblige the tenant to pay on every little breach in the tenancy agreement (you need permission to decorate ..not pain DECORATE?? the flat or to buy furniture??!!! WTF??) and basically it says that the landlord will keep your deposit and will deduct any costs /breach /or misconduct that are the tiniest thing...in other words, the landlord will suck your money out of you while you're committed to "refill" your deposit again if such deduction was made. When I left the apartment after 9 months of hell in this place they tried so hard to avoid paying and lower my deposit. Beware they are not using a common scheme that protects the tenant that is a DPS rather another version that let's the landlord hold the funds while providing "insurance" that if something happens they might pay......sadly this will never work in our favor as tenants
