セント・ジェームズパーク支店で同社管理物件を賃貸しましたが、到底おすすめできません。物件の内見時には説明が無かった水漏れが入居日当日から発生し、修繕を依頼しても数週間修繕してもらえず、水浸しになった浴室を自身で掃除する事になりました。また、その他物件の修繕を依頼しても、何度も繰り返しこちらから催促するまで全く対応をしてもらえず、メールでの問い合わせも数週間無視をされています。同社の管理物件なので日本人の感覚に沿った丁寧な対応を期待していたものの、全く逆の対応を受けており、特にSt James park 支店の物件を借りることはおすすめできません。 English...
