Terrible housing agency, myself and my family we had a hellacious tenancy throughout from STABBINGS RIGHT NEXT DOOR, PEOPLE RANDOMLY ON THE BUILDING IN AND OUT, HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING INSIDE THE BUILDING, COP CARS ON MANY NIGHTS. Stay away from this agency, they will lie, omitt and manipulate. The worst housing agency i ever came across. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED?

I bought my first home through west coast properties in 2012, we put an offer in for a property, 1hour later we were told our offer had been accepted, later that afternoon I had a phone call from west coast saying 'the seller wants an extra �500' I said that 'the seller accepted our offer...
