Terrible housing agency, myself and my family we had a hellacious tenancy throughout from STABBINGS RIGHT NEXT DOOR, PEOPLE RANDOMLY ON THE BUILDING IN AND OUT, HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING INSIDE THE BUILDING, COP CARS ON MANY NIGHTS. I bought my first home through west coast properties in 2012, we put an offer in for a property, 1hour later we were told our offer had been accepted, later that afternoon I had a phone call from west coast saying 'the seller wants an extra �500' I said that 'the seller accepted our offer...
