What a joke! We rent a property and have nothing but hassle from them when ever there is an issue! A pipe burst leaving our neighbors without electricity due to the leak going through there light fitting and was told they couldn't do anything because the landlady didn't know her insurance ... It has been shocking with West Coast from start to finish. We have never had any communication unless we force it out of them, we were given 1 key and after 3 months of asking for another gave up and only had 1 key for the whole 6 months. Terrible customer service. Wouldnt take out rent payment on the correct date, then wouldnt tell me until 2 weeks later that its overdue!
