Terrible housing agency, myself and my family we had a hellacious tenancy throughout from STABBINGS RIGHT NEXT DOOR, PEOPLE RANDOMLY ON THE BUILDING IN AND OUT, HOMELESS PEOPLE SLEEPING INSIDE THE BUILDING, COP CARS ON MANY NIGHTS. What a joke! We rent a property and have nothing but hassle from them when ever there is an issue! A pipe burst leaving our neighbors without electricity due to the leak going through there light fitting and was told they couldn't do anything because the landlady didn't know her insurance ... Terrible customer service. Wouldnt take out rent payment on the correct date, then wouldnt tell me until 2 weeks later that its overdue! Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
