STUDENTS BE WARNED I tried to keep this short, however, after 8 years of living in student rentals Alexander Greens is BY FAR the worst quality house and service I've come across. - Everything about the house is made of the cheapest materials. When something breaks, which it will, it is eventually be replaced in the most disruptive way possible by the most disruptive workmen. - The back garden, in which we stored our bikes, was without warning ripped up for pipe works. This left exposed smelly pipes out in the open for months making the garden unusable. - The cheap workmen that Alexander Greens have an arrangement which left an OPEN HOLE in our wall for over a month. We were not told that major works were taking place in advance, or even what the works were for - breaching their end of the contract. Despite this, our requests for transparency and a fixing of the wall was met with denial and patronising. They didn't even bother to come and look at the property as we requested, despite their office being minutes away. - I'm a medic down in Addenbrookes and work long hours into the night. Renting from Alexander Greens offered my nothing but stress. Especially over the course of my final month, where workmen were given access without our permission - starting drilling work at 8am and shouting to one another. - The landlord is not local and has zero care for tenants. Alexander Greens are meant to be mediators but could not give a single damn about the tenants.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Basic customer service skills when dealing with their clients. As they didn\'t even mask the fact that they could not care less about us and our well being. They could have listened and acted upon our requests, which were not unreasonable. Acted as a mediator between ourselves and the landlord. As opposed to ignoring any issues they didn\'t fancy having to deal with.

They don't care about health and safety of the tenants, neither have any interest in maintaining the property.
