I have now been with Alexander Greens for a year now and have lived in two of the 'HMO' properties. At first, I honestly thought the fees were outrageous and that the house was disgusting, the staff were useless and I never wanted to deal with them again. When I decided to move out of the first 'HMO' property, I started looking on the market and soon realised that if I wanted to stick with an agency to live somewhere then Alexander Greens were one of the cheapest around. Their help through finding us (my friend and I) a new property was exceptional and I give credit to Luke for his assistance with this. People stating that there are 'hidden fees' in the contract is a lie, they clearly state all fees within the contract and it is your responsibility to read this and be aware of the charges. They are also cheaper than like likes of Belvior. Every issue we have had...leaks, broken TV, plumbing issues, tenants in breach of contract... They have helped and communicated extremely well with all tenants in the property. they have always given the 24 hours notice before someone has viewed the property or some work is done on the property. Have been extremely helpful. I would refer them if you want to work with an agent rather than a private landlord.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Basic customer service skills when dealing with their clients. As they didn\'t even mask the fact that they could not care less about us and our well being. They could have listened and acted upon our requests, which were not unreasonable. Acted as a mediator between ourselves and the landlord. As opposed to ignoring any issues they didn\'t fancy having to deal with.

They don't care about health and safety of the tenants, neither have any interest in maintaining the property.
