We would like to thanks Nabila and the rest of the team at Alexander Green for making our rental experience in Cambridge a very successful one. The transparency in the rental process was highly appreciated - there was no grey area so we knew where we stranded from the start as everything was very straight forward. We were also very happy with the way all our issues were dealt with during our tenancy and the care you provided us with. We have now moved to London and are finding it really hard to not have the "personal" service you provided us with and the fact that you always went the extra mile to ensure we were happy at all times. We have already recommended us to all friends who will be moving to Cambridge next year! Thanks again for everything.
Comments on Agent Fees
The agent was very clear on the fees we will have to pay before moving in and once we moved out. There was no grey area at all. Everything was explained very clearly so there was no confusion or misunderstanding.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Basic customer service skills when dealing with their clients. As they didn\'t even mask the fact that they could not care less about us and our well being. They could have listened and acted upon our requests, which were not unreasonable. Acted as a mediator between ourselves and the landlord. As opposed to ignoring any issues they didn\'t fancy having to deal with.

They don't care about health and safety of the tenants, neither have any interest in maintaining the property.
