Viewed a property with Nick, made an immediate offer and was informed that it would be passed onto the vendor. Incompetent, rude & flippant. Regularly late for viewings and even miss them all together on occasion. Viewing clearly about quantity rather than quality with properly qualified interested parties. I cannot say just how upset & disappointed i am with the service we received from this branch ... Read Full Review

I feel cheated by the service provided by Brown & Merry. The selling agent provided no feedback or simply made up feedback to alleviate my concerns.
