I had made an appointment with Mamun for 3.30pm to arrange a viewing of my property. He called ten minutes later to say he would be there after 4pm. He called again saying he would arrive after 4.30pm. Such an unprofessional person who should not represent an established estate agency.

We use Martyn Gerrard to manage our rental property. Our tenants and the experience we have with them has been poor to date.
