I let my property through Brown and Merry, I dealt with Tom and Stephen, fantastic service from both of them. The existing tenant said everything went smoothly, they were kept informed regarding viewings, kept to the timeframe etc. They vetted all the prospective tenants, references etc. and gave me all the information I required to make an informed decision, in a very timely manner. They were ultra professional, I honestly couldn't recommend them and their service enough.

Jade revill was the only positive in my experience. She was fantastic and very professional in every aspect. I will recommend jade to all my Tennants moving foward. What agent could do to change your mind?
Refund the monies owed, reduce the rent as requested on numerous occasions, and give us some money for the inconvenience caused by all of their incompetence.

The fees are way too high. We were told that they match other local agents, yet we had over one months rent taken in fees. Other agents charge far less than this.
