After letting one of their properties for nearly a decade we had a no fault eviction as landlord selling up. When we then relocated we spent almost a week scrubbing the place spotless. We’re then told that professional cleaners needed to be called in and we had to remove a plastic box of kids toys from the communal garden that was there when we moved in. They emailed me all hours of the day and night with little unimportant things. Making a complaint against them and their ethics

What agent could do to change your mind?
1) Informed me beforehand that my viewing was directly after someone else\'s, so that I could pick a different property instead. 2) Apologised for the inconvenience and offered to show me a different property that was on their books. 3) Not double booked me in the first place.
