I have bought a property in Penarth area and when I went to collect my keys ,the agent ( as I cannot really say she was a lady due to her dismissive and extremly rude behaviour) handed me the keys by telling me off that I should have come in to collect my keys the previous day ( which would have been Friday, on the completion day) and not on Sat which was basically the following day. I obviously work hard and in a demanding profession to be able to afford a property in Penarth. Despite her unaccepted , shocking behaviour towards me(a customer who just completed on a property with them and gave them business) , I still took time to explain that another agent, Sue , confirmed with me over the phone that i can come and collect the keys absolutely anytime convenient, as long as it's within the agencies opening hours. It's a shame I haven't asked the agent her name(the one that worked on Sat 2nd of Feb 2019 ),but I'm sure it won't be difficult to identify who worked that day. She can easily benefit from some training around customer service, being curteious etc)There were 2 member of staff that day. However, only one dealt with me in this mamner. As a result I would like to say that I will never buy any other property from you ACJ, and also will make all my friends and family aware of the poor service received from your company. Considering that Penarth area is such a nice and expensive area and that you are lucky enough to deal with properties there, you should be ashamed to employ staff like this , especially considering the retail competition nowadays.

1) Informed me beforehand that my viewing was directly after someone else\'s, so that I could pick a different property instead. 2) Apologised for the inconvenience and offered to show me a different property that was on their books. 3) Not double booked me in the first place.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
No procedure set.
