Warning - Terrible Experience with WHBrown Letting Agent I am writing this review to share my utterly disappointing experience with WHBrown Letting Agent. My encounter with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to warn others to avoid this agency at all costs. To start, the level of incompetence displayed by WHBrown is astounding. Their complete disregard for the well-being of their tenants is shocking. My attempts to address maintenance issues were met with negligence, as my complaints about moulded bathrooms, paint falling off walls, and faulty electrical work were conveniently ignored. Moreover, the racial insensitivity exhibited by WHBrown is deeply troubling. The lack of respect and condescending behavior from their staff members is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable. It is disheartening to experience such blatant disregard for human decency, making it clear that they prioritize profit over people. The final straw was when they left me and my children in a cold, uninhabitable house for a week. Despite consistently paying rent with no arrears, we have been treated with disrespect and utter disregard for our well-being. I implore anyone considering WHBrown Letting Agent for their property needs to steer clear. The level of service provided is abysmal, and their practices are not only unprofessional but also border on neglectful. My experience has been a stark reminder that tenants deserve better treatment and respect. Avoid WHBrown Letting Agent like the plague, and spare yourself the stress and anguish of dealing with such an unscrupulous agency.
