Absolutely disgraceful experience. We went to William H Brown as we were assured our property would be looked after during the letting term. What agent could do to change your mind?
As with many estate agents, the fees are extortionate. They are more than happy to slap a £50 "admin" fee on any kind of minor change and simply refuse to change details if it involves them doing work.
