Absolutely disgusting service. If you are looking for a place don't go through this company. I enquired about an advertised property they said they had a lot of interest. I got completely turned of by the condescending tone, attitude, and response. I told them not to bother to book me in. These people called me back frantically a week later asking me to come view the property as the previous viewings yielded nothing. I was relocating from 4 hrs away in London and explained the distance and expense I would have to travel to do the viewing and would not bother to attend if I was not sure to let it. They assured me it would have a positive end result as they already had my personal circumstance details. The property was actually less rent pcm than the property I was moving from. So I eventually agreed travelled 4hrs to view. I mean lets forget that we now have technology that will allow remote viewings. I dont know how they ever survived covid. i viewed and was satisfied with the place and asked for next steps to let. Next day I get a message asking what was my current rent. I asked why this info was necessary. I was told the landlord was worried that I would not have enough disposable income. I was like, what? !!!! My income was above the 30x threshold, I was currently paying £3000 more per annum at my present property where I had lived for 8 years with no issues. Sounded a bit racist to me. I heard nothing back. I called and enquired only to be told by a rude receptionist that they had booked other viewings. I complained. Ended up speaking to the manager. When I brought discrimination laws to their attention the Manager promptly responded that the agent was Indian and couldn't be racist since obviously I was not caucasian and not Indian either. SERIOUSLY ARCHER BASSET? SO here is what I have discovered in my renting journey in Rugby, the new builds are being rented out to certain people that all look alike (neither black nor brown). If you don't belong to this category preferred group you are relegated to the properties they won't take i.e. the old ones, the overpriced ones, and those nit fit for human habitation. So all my years studying for my 2 university degrees, and other professional qualifications, my 999 credit score, and full time employment as a project manager are not important. What's important here is the colour of my skin and my Caribbean accent. DISGUSTING! Any decent landlords out there willing to offer a 3 bed in Rugby, preferably a new build.... let me know.

Do not use. They I gnore work that needs to be carried constantly, even a gas leak, and take your deposit when you leave. £660 for lightbulbs. Dodgy electric we're never looked at though. I am reluctant to give even one star. The most awful agency I have ever used (and I have done two degrees so rented as a student through several agencies). Made every effort to screw us with deposit to whack on their £60 admin charge. Inspections 3 times a year - such a privacy invasion.... Read Full Review

Unfortunately terrible is the worst option. My time with them has been beyond terrible, I have been ringing them every week for problems to be fixed , and they never do!!!
