My son put his name down for a flat three weeks ago. They were quick to take our deposit , demanding paperwork the next day, then we heard nothing for weeks and was told the landlord was not contactable. Complete rubbish . The landlord obviously didn't want me son to rent because he's 18. Why not be honest . I called office 4 times a day to be told the same thing over and over. Appalling ! Don't touch with a barge pole. Cowboys!

The most unprofessional letting agent I've come across. They have no clue what they are doing, must employ a bunch of morons who don't communicate with each other. The 'office manager' or so he would like to refer to himself needs to get his head out * and understand what 'first come first served' means. If you are the first to call regarding a property you should be the first to view, however going through an appalling agent like this will mean you will be left disappointed and not even a courtesy call to inform you the property is not gone! No one knew what was going on and excuse after excuse I'm hardly surprised they have such poor reviews! Blessing in disguise to not have to deal with them tbh

Worst agent ever ..........please avoid .. I put deposit down on a property .. filled out form quickly as possible . But after 2 weeks of wait ... told me silly excuses .. then all of sudden property is not available . Knew something was dodgy so went to the house and found out it's been given ... Read Full Review

I've been living in the same flat for several years not a single problem with the previous estate agent managing the property. This agency takes over and it's been one problem after the other. They take the first opportunity they have to rob you by charging fees out of the blue.
