It took 4 hours and 6 phone calls to figure out that the property, I viewed the previous afternoon, is not available anymore, as it was taken the previous day. Due to this delay, I missed several other properties that have been taken while I was trying to get hold of anyone who could gave me this information. As anyone else, I have better things to do than chasing an agent. I would not recommend to use this agency.

Since letting my property through Burchell Edwards not only was my property the FIRST property on the their books in that area but they now have more properties in that area. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
