It took 4 hours and 6 phone calls to figure out that the property, I viewed the previous afternoon, is not available anymore, as it was taken the previous day. Let down said about Burchell Edwards

It took 4 hours and 6 phone calls to figure out that the property, I viewed the previous afternoon, is not available anymore, as it was taken the previous day. Due to this delay, I missed several other properties that have been taken while I was trying to get hold of anyone who could gave me this information. As anyone else, I have better things to do than chasing an agent. I would not recommend to use this agency.

Since letting my property through Burchell Edwards not only was my property the FIRST property on the their books in that area but they now have more properties in that area. Since letting my property through Burchell Edwards not only was my property the FIRST property on the their books in that area but they now have more properties in that area.
I have found the lettings team especially Adam and Kate a pleasure to work with. They are both professional in their jobs and keep you updated on everything. I would certainly recommend their services to other people as they have done a good job looking after my property and more importantly finding good Tenants - so thank you once again, Adam and Kate!
