I purchased my property via Pattinsons to rent out as I was moving abroad. I was assured it should rent no problem. On handing in my keys to let the property out, I was informed that they had 2 viewings lined up already. After a week I had heard nothing, so contacted them to be told 1 person was going to view for a second time. Again I heard nothing, so I contacted them to be told the person had not got back to them. Over a month went by and I had no contact what so ever from them. I have emailed them to many times to mention and never get a reply to progress or the amount of viewings. Next step is to get my keys back off them and try someone else in South Shields to let my property. Don't go near this firm, they are terrible and should be avoided.

18 Dec 2020Having lived in our lovely apartment complex on ‘The Westoe Crown Village’estate for 2 half years,we (and 5 more residents ) have,for the last 2 months had to put up with tear away teenagers living in our building.....apart from the police attending their property 4 times in this period,banging doors,dirtying the entrance lobby and stairs,now leaving rubbish in the storage area,their wheely bin is overflowing and are using other people’s bins the place is stinking!! Having left messages for Bill Urwin to contact me,but unfortunately no response from him!!! We are all hugely disappointed and angry for the lack of cooperation from Pattison.

Where to start with this dreadful company! The incompetence is on such an extreme level it's unbelievable. They have no clue what they are doing, fail to ring you back when promised, don't seem to know anything about the rental process which you think they should have even the slightest bit...
