Wasted months on the market with a cheaper agent, put my house on with Pattinsons and it sold in a week. The staff in the south shields branch were great, friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much bother for them. would certainly use them again. Thank you.

I purchased my property via Pattinsons to rent out as I was moving abroad. I was assured it should rent no problem. Where to start with this dreadful company! The incompetence is on such an extreme level it's unbelievable. They have no clue what they are doing, fail to ring you back when promised, don't seem to know anything about the rental process which you think they should have even the slightest bit...
