I paid Pattinsons £4380,00 in Nov 2013 for a auction property and as the terms stated that i complete the deal with in 56 days. Full of promise, nice people, found a suitable tennant, 2 months later no rent, no account statement. Rent appears(after around a dozen emails/calls) minus unauthorised charges, for services which the council provide free of charge? Have had to ask them to stop calling me and put everything in...
