Full of promise, nice people, found a suitable tennant, 2 months later no rent, no account statement. Rent appears(after around a dozen emails/calls) minus unauthorised charges, for services which the council provide free of charge? Have had to ask them to stop calling me and put everything in writing. Make no mistake, once they have you on board they will ignore your concerns act on the tennants behalf and keep collecting commision. Their contractors are overpriced by around 30-50% and they will not seek best value only the easiest solution and some work and nice rates for their friends. Stay well clear, unprofessional, expensive, and have been downright rude.
