Worst estate agents ever ! I rented a damp riddled property of which they did nothing about in the 4 1/2 years I was there , they took photos but that was it! They refused to fix the gas oven that kept blowing out ( property of the land lord) as I didn’t have the receipt ( the appliance was all ready there when I moved in ,m) declined replacing the rotten window frames stating they were unable to do so as it was “ a listed building” ! Utter rubbish as long as they were fitted with like for like this is allowed ! as my then neighbour had done ! Took them till late last year 2022 to install smoke alarms down stairs , I moved in in 2018 ! Wouldn’t change boiler that was constantly breaking down I must have called an engineer out about ten times ! And it still wasn’t repaired . In the end I held back my rent (£650 a month for a property in such bad condition ) resulting in me being evicted . Lied about sending the keys to the land lord when we wanted to retrieve our belongings when they were in theyre Office ! Bob Parry is a joke and employed by a bunch of jump up little school kids ! Who are only interest in getting commission on the houses they sell ( if they can ) avoid at all costs !
