Although good communication with the putchase of the house, this was all made dissappointing when i noted there was no key for the patio door. Bob parry rep asked the seller who said they never use to lock it and just used the latch inside. When i mentioned I was unhappy. Bob Parry did not want to know. So all in all defensive in the end and dissapointing. Think twice if you want good customer service.

They are terrible letting agents . From start to finish unhelpful, negligent in the most basic of tasks . Neither of our tenants during our time with them recieved copies of their contracts.
