They are terrible letting agents . From start to finish unhelpful, negligent in the most basic of tasks . Neither of our tenants during our time with them recieved copies of their contracts. Although good communication with the putchase of the house, this was all made dissappointing when i noted there was no key for the patio door. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
