Disappointed and frustrated with Bob Parry estate agents wasting my time. I am motivated to sell my cottage which is in Blaenau Ffestiniog and at first I was impressed with what seemed to be an enthusiastic response from one of the agents. After that initial conversation days passed and I heard nothing. I then had to phone around trying to find the man I had spoken to and he told me he had lost my number. I arranged for him to do a viewing and take some photographs which he did. And then several more days passed and I heard nothing. So I had to phone around again and try to find him and when I eventually spoke to him he said he hadn't taken my email down properly. At this stage I was wondering why he hasn't phoned me to follow up the viewing he did of my property. He then wanted me to sign a contract without letting me view any of the photos he taken and when I politely shared the fact that I wasn't feeling too confident about things, he seemed to be impatient and then announced that he would no longer be able to represent me and said something along the lines of good luck getting the cottage sold with someone else. This has wasted 2 weeks of my time in a market where house prices are dropping rapidly. I have found this experience to be unprofessional and unreliable and on that basis I wouldn't recommend the company.
