They are terrible letting agents . From start to finish unhelpful, negligent in the most basic of tasks . Neither of our tenants during our time with them recieved copies of their contracts. Our first tenant did not get her deposit back for 4 months !! And she had to fight for it even though we as landlords approved the return straight away . The second tenants are still fighting for their deposit to be released . Bob parry staff lies and turn rude and downright nasty . I would never use them again .

Although good communication with the putchase of the house, this was all made dissappointing when i noted there was no key for the patio door.
