Never use Mov8 solicitor services I am a First Time buyer and I had very-very negative experience with Mov8 for solicitor process. Despite chasing the team from almost two months, they kept telling me that all is okay and just 3 days before the deed date, they informed that documents are not ready from seller and no proper further deadline negotiated. As a result I lost rental property and Internet connection etc and suffered huge losses and mental stress. Also they are charging very high fee for withdrawal and denying for further services (very rude behaviour). I'll never recommend Mov8 services to anyone.

Where to start.... There is a serious lack of communication between their sales agents, I had several missed appointments and every viewer bar none complained about them. Read their reviews on Trustpilot and thought wow, I should have come here first. A farce from beginning to end. They cost me at least £5000 as I took a lower price just to be done with it all.The reviews on their website have to be fake, not a chance in hell did I get anywhere near that... Read Full Review
