I sold a flat in rental flat in Edinburgh while living in London and Mov8 came recommended for this, but turned out to be simply the worst customer service experience I have ever had. To detail their spectacular and repeated failures would take much too long, but here are a few highlights. 1. Visited on more than 1 occasion and found the ceiling leaking but did not inform me, leading to the ceiling completely collapsing. 2. Failed to sell the flat between September and July (minus a month for repairs). I came up and found a buyer myself in a week. 3. Relocated office to the Gyle and expected me to meet them there whenever a meeting was proposed. 4. My account admin left their employ and I was not informed until I tried to phone him and was told he had left. 5. Tried to charge me for schedules which were never supplied. 6. Lost track of my keys until the day of sale and had to direct the buyer to a boiler repair company who still had them. As you can imagine I didn't want the buyer to know about the repairs. 1 star is 2 stars too many for this shower of utterly incompetent muppets.

Where to start.... There is a serious lack of communication between their sales agents, I had several missed appointments and every viewer bar none complained about them. Read their reviews on Trustpilot and thought wow, I should have come here first. A farce from beginning to end. They cost me at least £5000 as I took a lower price just to be done with it all.The reviews on their website have to be fake, not a chance in hell did I get anywhere near that... Read Full Review
