Acres at Sutton Coldfield recently sold my mother's house. Their service cannot be faulted. My mother had found an apartment that she desperately wanted. After a call to Acres, Louise the manager came out, took all necessary details, photos etc and had the house on the market within 24 hours, resulting in 2 days of viewings booked for a few days later.....awesome! As a result my mum recieved multiple offers and was able to secure her dream apartment. A special mention to Claire who managed the sale and kept us up to speed with the progress, as well as pushing the solicitors involved right through to completion. If you want a professional estate agent that will manage your sale effectively I cannot recommend Acres at Sutton Coldfield highly enough. A massive thank you from Mum and I Julie

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will find a way to screw your offer up and will never pass it on to the vendors. Acres are saying that according to Covid rules you can't view a property unless yours is sold, however you can if you are in rented property or a first time buyer, Hmm strange !!
