Acres are saying that according to Covid rules you can't view a property unless yours is sold, however you can if you are in rented property or a first time buyer, Hmm strange !! I wasn't aware that first time buyers and tennants were immune to Covid. So if your property is up for sale with them and getting very little views or being knocked down in price this is the reason. heard bad reviews about them but never really believed it till now. I have an offer on mine I am a cash buyer with a very healthy budget but if you are selling through Acres I won't be viewing your property just because I don't want to deal with these people. I was told today that they are doing this to protect me from Covid, They are obviously not bothered about first time buyers and tennants.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They will find a way to screw your offer up and will never pass it on to the vendors.
