Axis Property Group

I am doing a huge favour to axis property group by giving 1 star. In fact it doesn't even deserve a zero start but that option not available. Anyway, we moved in 2 months ago and Alicia noted that we have a problem with broken wardrobe with damaged door and tilting unit, could fall anytime and danger to tenants. Also our blinds were broken on 9 slats. We raised this at the time if moving in and followed up many times in last 2 months. No response until 7th week, when axis said that maintenance guy will come on Monday, didn't turn up. Then they moved to Friday, we stayed in to allow maintenance to cary out work. Again waste of my work day and time. No one turned up. Finally gave up and decided to leave property and break agreement on the breach of contract by axis property. While all this happening, they were aggressive in demanding rent payment in full but no word on getting things repaired. We would have stayed but not under these terms of ignorance and unsafe property. We actually went out if our way and painted the whole room nice at our cost. We also noticed that bulb fitting was loose and all wiring was exposed, which was again unsafe. Smoke alarm was covered with cling film and handed over to us with film on, so if there was a fire in the room, fire detector would have failed to detect. Main front door was always unlocked so anyone could get in and no one would question, again security issue, major one. Kitchen had a damp and water was leaking through walls and ceilings. Overall really bad property to live in. Having been through all these, Alicia had a guts to come and ask for rent and when we refused they had an energy to send bailiffs to recover rent. What a stupid and idiotic bunch of mappers working at axis property group is beyond me. Finally we are at rest at New location where HMO is managed very efficiently and professionally. We are paying more rent actually and loving it. Really happy to move out of this horror place and looking forward to see axis in the court. If that happens and if anyone wants to give a testimony against axis then please get in touch. These idiots need to brought down from shabby properties. Love and peace to all.
