Cowboy, cowboy, cowboy. Will let you a room then post eviction notices under your door for the actions of other tenants, (breaking of utilities) when every other room other than mine is breaking the tenancy agreement and sub letting the rooms out. The agent will then twist the story in their favour and continue to lie through their teeth rather than ask nicely for the truth. The way the landlord speaks to tenants is disgraceful and you should feel shame. Whatever you do, do not apply for a career change in law enforcement.

I am doing a huge favour to axis property group by giving 1 star. In fact it doesn't even deserve a zero start but that option not available. Evil company with vile people working for them they literally will ruin your life if you move into any of their properties stay away.
