49 Prestwood drive worse place EVER Back in October I moved into a HMO (house with multi able occupants) upon moving into the place it was a total hellhole. the place was falling apart. At the start of January I'd notice my door to my room was coming off the frame and one night it fell on me. i told my landlord this and done a cheap dodgy job and that door fell on me again causing me to have a panic attack. speaking about my landlord he was also trying to claim that I owe him rent from November a month after I moved in which I knew it was paid. Also my bed is broken and to support it and a large plank of wood and the mattress had been soiled and stained also I've had my food stolen by the residents and most of them smoke weed which makes me sick when I smell it also I've also been harassed by a new resident who on crack I would rather live on the streets than live at 49 Prestwood

I am doing a huge favour to axis property group by giving 1 star. In fact it doesn't even deserve a zero start but that option not available. Cowboy, cowboy, cowboy. Will let you a room then post eviction notices under your door for the actions of other tenants, (breaking of utilities) when every other room other than mine is breaking the tenancy agreement and sub letting the rooms out. Evil company with vile people working for them they literally will ruin your life if you move into any of their properties stay away. Once you move in their will be no help by landlord to run the house the house i was in had no proper toilet, broken doors fridge washing machine etc all do not work. ... Read Full Review
