Absolutely abysmal Where do I start, I was informed that a cash buyer had made an offer on my property which I accepted after 11 weeks of chasing Bidmead cook it became apparent that they had not undertaken due diligence on the buyer and in fact they buyer was not a cash buyer which resulted in my losing my sale. The aftercare team are shocking they do not answer calls and you receive no updates whatsoever unless you continuously chase. I would advise everyone to stay clear from these

We liked a property which was sold. This estate agent told us it was sold but it turned out it was taken off the market. We was told they would keep us informed. They didn't. Absolutely disgraceful service. They are liars one of the women agents (if you can even call her that) showed me around a home in Merthyr I paid the �300 agency fee and showed proof of savings in my account which was more than enough to rent that house for the next 5 years.
