We liked a property which was sold. This estate agent told us it was sold but it turned out it was taken off the market. We was told they would keep us informed. They didn't. It came back on the market and we went to the agent and asked if we could put an offer in as we had already viewed the property and was told no that wasn't allowed and that everybody had to have a fair chance. So we were due to view it again but the day before we were going to view we had a call to say it was sold and that we could not proceed as they accepted first offer. This just does not happen. . Where is the fairness in what they did. Something very sneaky was going here we think but can't prove it. All we were told at the office turned out to be lies. I would advise caution when dealing with this estate agent and take everything they say with pinch of salt.

Absolutely disgraceful service. They are liars one of the women agents (if you can even call her that) showed me around a home in Merthyr I paid the �300 agency fee and showed proof of savings in my account which was more than enough to rent that house for the next 5 years.
