Bidmead cook were brilliant with me . Viewed the house on Tuesday, payed the deposit Wednesday afternoon. I had a call on the Friday to say I'd been accepted and I pick up the keys tomorrow (Monday) really happy with the service!!

We liked a property which was sold. This estate agent told us it was sold but it turned out it was taken off the market. We was told they would keep us informed. They didn't. Absolutely disgraceful service. They are liars one of the women agents (if you can even call her that) showed me around a home in Merthyr I paid the �300 agency fee and showed proof of savings in my account which was more than enough to rent that house for the next 5 years.
