Nice & friendly until you sign the contract (Tenant) and after that just delays upon delays upon delays. Lots of faffing around and little of actually doing anything. Utterly ignored when trying to get our deposit back, dispute in progress. Avoid like a plague if you can.

If you use Marsh & Parsons be aware of the following; Ask for any references they get for you on your behalf and vet them carefully and ask for a copy of the tenants passports. They do not check references sufficiently and the people they use to do some of this for them dont... Read Full Review
