Just like to say that I have never dealt with such an incompetent company such as Encore Estate Management. I have had major problems with the residential building of where i own an apartment, after paying the service charge on this property for almost 15 years they now what me to bay for the building inspection into water leaks, this is something that has been going on for years. Nobody is taking responsibility for this at all and they ignore all calls and do not reply to any emails. Amazing how large corporations get away with treating the people that fund them and yet nothing is done about it, but if you use the wrong pronouns and someone gets offended! god help you, you will be destroyed! no wonder the UK is the number 1 place for corruption and shady business! the harder working and the more honest you are you will be punished! what a wonderful world we live in.
