An absolute disgrace of a management company. Landlords and tenants alike should stay far, far away from this level of incompetence. We had the misfortune of dealing with Sarah Norton and Dean, and in my entire life, I have never encountered such blatant negligence, disregard, and unprofessionalism. True lack of empathy!!

An absolute disgrace of a management company. Landlords and tenants alike should stay far, far away from this level of incompetence. We had the misfortune of dealing with Sarah Norton and Dean, and in my entire life, I have never encountered such blatant negligence, disregard, and unprofessionalism. True lack of empathy!!
While I won’t go into the details privacy reasons, I will say that their conduct has been so unacceptable that I am now in contact with multiple journalists to expose how Encore operates behind the scenes.
The level of stress, time wasted, and financial implications caused by their gross mismanagement are beyond words. If you value your property, your sanity, or even basic human decency, look elsewhere.
Avoid Encore at all costs.

Awful management for this company
Terrible management since I have moved to my property under encore-state management.
More than 3 months still waiting for a garage door to be repaired while many unknow vehicles commuting to our private parking in the building and we cannot do anything..

Encore are thoroughly unprofessional and incompetent. They have “run” King Edward VII Estate in West Sussex for the last 6 years in a non-consultative, heavy handed opaque manner with inadequate service charge accounts habitually late (6 months routinely) throwing stones at the ... Read Full Review

Encore are thoroughly unprofessional and incompetent. Inefficient processes that wate resources and also prioritize offenders interests over safety and security of the community.
Issues do not get promptly addressed as the estate manager rarely visits and unless a landlord lives there the tenants do not report.
They charge an aberrant amount of money for the ver poor job they do in my experience, and the maintenance costs of gardening and cleaning are ridiculous for the service provided.
Seriously dissappointing experience.

Getting information from Encore Estates was like pulling teeth. Every email took weeks to receive a response. Every phone call was referred to email. Getting information from Encore Estates was like pulling teeth.
Every email took weeks to receive a response. Every phone call was referred to email. Trying to get put in contact with the correct person was a nightmare.
Months after having sold the property I am still receiving service charge bills to my old address.
Would not recommend.
