(1 star coz 0 isn't an option) Been messed about for over 1 month. The easy part was keeping me hanging with a deposit, When there was an issue with the property 1 was interested in they started dancing ballet and kept me hanging... after 20 days they offered a exchange property that didn't suit me and I asked for the holding fee to be returned. It took 2 weeks for that to be agreed and a form to be sent over, i signed the form, it took them another week too sign it on their end and from then 3-5 days for a refund ... but guess what ... there was "an issue" that no one bothered to tell me about it till I called again asking for my money. The issue has been sorted now and I need to wait another 3-5-10-25-38 days. Rubbish !
