I can't explain how bad my experience has been over the past 4 months. I am a university student and there are 6 of us living in a 4 man house. 2 of the bedrooms are under legal measurements. When we moved in we personally found needles and syringes. We have 1 shower and 1 bath between 6 people, bearing in mind you can't stand up in the bath because the ceiling is so low. Our shower hasn't been working for the past 3 months and it hasn't been fixed yet. There's no communication, every time we ring up they say the same and they never resolve the issue. Everybody in the office seem incompetent. Do not recommend, especially university students.
