Will not be dealing with this estate agents again. My mother asked on two occasions for a confirmation to view a property and on both occasions she was promised a message/email confirming date and time - this never happened, and subsequently the property that she was interested in has now been let (which we had to see through another estate agents office). There has been no courtesy from this office at all. The incompetence of the estate agents office is upsetting and disappointing, if they had taken down and confirmed her appointment then they may have let her know that another party was interested in the flat. We are now back to square one and extremely disappointed that she has lost the opportunity to let this flat.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
